Information reaching NATION’SPRIDE has it that staff of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) from Abuja who were sent since on Tuesday, November 2, 2021, to conduct election are currently in a panic mode.
They staff who have been in Awka, the state capital were asked to check out by the hospitality industry as all hotels would be shot down over threat of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) that there would be no election in the state unless their leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, is released, unconditionally.
According to our source who spoke on condition of anonymity, they electoral workers were to check out to an undisclosed location.
