The Super Eagles of Nigeria on Sunday, October 13, survived the hard-fighting Samba Boys of Brazil in an international friendly match played in Singapore.
The match ended in a 1-1 draw.Though Nigeria was first to put the ball behind the net against Brazil, but in the second half of the game, Brazil equalized and put Nigeria on the defensive side till the end of the 95 minutes, which the match lasted.
But, considering the high rating of Brazil against their Nigerian counterpart, it is seen that the Super Eagles did not do badly since they played against a better side.
