Ene Obi said government should develop programme for the girl-child, adding that the issue of violence is on the increase and those affected the most are women.

She asked, “Who do u hope to marriage, if you do not protect a girl child? You should design a programme for women.” The country director called on hospitals and other organization to pay more attention to the girl-child and pleaded with the government to dialogue for peace.
