Moses Okorie

The case filed by the ousted Imo State governor, Emeka Ihedioha, which was supposed to hold today has been shifted to March 2, 2020 for hearing as requested by lead council to the petitioner, Kanu Agabi (SAN).

The seven-man panel led by the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Ibrahim Mohammad granted the request of Agabi and adjourned accordingly.

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its candidate in March 2019 election, Emeka Ihedioha are calling for the Supreme Court to reverse itself on the judgement declaring Senator Hope Uzodinma of the All Progressives Congress, APC, winner of the Imo State governorship election.
